Subchronic hematoma

I went into the hospital today for some spotting and they did an ultrasound now they wouldn’t show me it but I got a good look at my baby they can hear a heartbeat and the baby looked something like this. They also mentioned I have a small subchronic hematoma. I’m waiting to get this website fixed where they put all the information so I literally know nothing but based on your outcome how far along does this ultrasound look I know it’s not much at all but? And also anyone with a subchronic hematoma that can give me some information?
