New things I tried that lead to my BFP

After exactly a year of actively charting/trying, this is what worked for me.

1. No dairy! More soymilk... 1 cup a day

2. Lost 7 lbs on my own by diet and exercise. I feel like this helped the most.

3. We tried one time on cycle day 12!

4. This exact tea for 2 months. *baby dust*~
