How likely are we to have a little boy?

Right so hear me out on this. My bf family has a bit of a pattern going when it comes to their kids. So his mum was all girls, all who went on the have boys. And those boys have only gotten girls so far. So like this:

Now, I'm happy with either sex so long as baby is okay, but part of me would love a little boy as it would be out of the pattern! It would be MIL first grandson

I've read that baby father's family history can influence your chances of having a boy or a girl, so with that in mind, how likely is it we'll have a little boy?
