Any BLW easy recipes?

I’ve been looking for some BLW recipe ideas but every website I look at tries to make me pay to view it. If you’re doing BLW, what foods are you introducing first? Is it okay to give peanut butter toast at this age?

I just saw a post with some recipes. You have to scroll down on the website shared but it has some easy recipes. 
   Also yes it’s ok to give toast with PB. Just make sure it a thin layer of PB. I cut it into long strips and my son has had no issues with it

I'm doing a mix of blw and puree and have started with steamed sweet potato, avocado, tofu and banana. I'm just doing one food at a time, letting him pick it up and get messy. I also give him soft food off my plate if it's not too spicy.
