Enfamil A.R or Enfamil A+ ?

I am looking for recommendations if the A.R is good or A+ ? 
My daughter is 2 months old she has swear constipation and pain in her stomach ! She was spitting after every food then i switched to A.R but she is having constipition now ! Is this happen to anyone ? A.R is heavy ?

My pediatrician had me try the AR because Similac Pro Advance was making him vomit and the vomiting is definitely better but he has been constipated off and on for like a week now. It seems to be getting better though. His last two stool were mushy. I’m thinking his body just needed time to get used to it. It is thicker.

My son switched to the AR when he was a few months old. It definitely helped with his spit up. When he was 5 months and starting to eat more solids during the day he got constipation bad. The only thing that worked was if i did his bottles 2/3 Enfamil AR and 1/3 of just the regular Enfamil.
