My husband and I have very different libidos and I'm just trying to figure out if I'm being unreasonable for having a higher drive than him and being disappointed or hurt when rejected.

It’s not unusual at all for a couple to have different sex drives. Him not being in the mood doesn’t mean he’s rejecting you. Maybe there are other ways you can be affectionate/intimate with each other that makes you both feel cared for when your sex drives just aren’t on the same wavelength.

I hardly have sex with mine and it’s because he works so much and his job if tiring. So most of the time he gets home exhausted so I understand. Sucks a little but I got used to it and definitely understand.

I have a higher drive too. I’ve noticed he wants to be intimate every four days or so. I’m more of an every other day. I’ve stopped trying to push for more because I was getting tired of being rejected. I always thought men had higher sex drives. Guess that’s not always the case 🤷‍♀️

Me and my husband have very different libidos. I have the higher sex drive. I used to feel hurt and rejected but I realized it’s just his low drive. When I used to bring it up to him it made him feel like he wasn’t good enough that he couldn’t please me. Honestly he probably felt worse about it then I did.
