Making money at home - mlm?

I’m looking for ways to add to my families income on my days off.
What are the most effective/non risk ways? 
I know half my friends list sells beauty counter, so I don’t want to do that since the competition is so high.

Out of 1,000,000 people working in any 1 particular MLM about 3 of them make enough to live comfortably on. The vast majority make nothing or like 6 bucks a week.
Anyone who tells you they make "amazing money" working their MLM likley want you to be their downline. Dont believe them. If it really worked and was that easy we would all be driving around in Pink mary kay cadillacs.

I don’t think those jobs actually bring in much income. And it’s sorta annoying. I delete people from my social media who spam me with stuff like that. Maybe look for a job with an insurance company. Like Aetna. Cigna etc. a lot of times their customer help desk employees work from home. Sometimes wages can be around $15 - $20 hr with benefits. But you would be expected to actually work and be logged in during the hours they set.

MLM is a scam. All of them. Yes some have decent products but you very very rarely make money.
You can baby sit from home, dog sit, freelance write, take surveys start your own business, rent out a room on airbnb, become a virtual assistant, be an English tutor online, tutor local kids. 
Things that you have to leave home for but definitely bring kids. Dog walking, do garden work, mow lawns, thift shop and sell on eBay.

I just started working online with VIP Kid teaching English. You need a degree and some teaching experience ( be it homeschool or church or traditional school, tutoring etc.) It pays pretty well and I teach before my kiddos get up and usually one lesson after they sleep. There are many companies that do this and with the coronavirus hitting hard, they are hiring a lot right now!

It might seem like you make money with an mlm, but they always say YOU are your best customer. For most you have to meet a certain requirement to stay active. I am a scentsy consultant myself, but really my orders are from my mom and myself, so I'm really just making my money back on what we both order.
