Do you think you tend to pick baby names that go with your culture? I'm going to throw some names together to show examples of what I mean. These are also names I've gotten from websites and books...
Examples: 
Hispanic names: Juan, Jesus, Guadeloupe
Caucasian: Mary, Joesph, Paul
Polish: Mikel, Danna, Natalia, Micah
African American: Aaliyah, Jasmine, Diamond, Zion
Do you feel like certain names can only go with that culture or can you mix them and it doesn't really matter?

Horrible examples 😆 I am Hispanic and not one single family members has a name you've listed. Those are more Mexican names then Hispanic, big difference!

No. I pick names based on meaning. My daughters name (Naoko) is Japanese in origin but has a meaning that fits her to a T.

I like that the "white" names are really just biblical names which many religious families, no matter their color, choose for their children. I'm white and my sons name is Bodhi after the Buddha and I am catholic. My next son will be named Thoreau after Henry David Thoreau. You generally name your child after something that is important to you.

I'm going to choose names that sound nice in Spanish and English. Although both of our families speak Spanish it's important for me that it sounds nice in both languages.

My husband is half Italian and is very proud to be Italian and we've picked a few names we rally like that are Italian but the girl name we love is french. And I'm mostly German but there is no way I'm giving my kid a German name they all sound angry lol
