7 week scan only shows sac

Hi! Wondered if anyone has been through a similar situation??

I went for a scan on Wednesday - I should have been 7+5, showed only a sac measuring 5+4. This was abdominal ultrasound as the clinic did not offer transvaginal. No bleeding or cramping. Still feel very pregnant. Tests all really dark lines & clear blue says 3+. So confused. Scan re booked for Monday to see if any progress. I should be 8 weeks today. Feeling like it's another miscarriage coming so upset & deflated 😔
