Low hormone birth control options ?

Hey there. I’m interested in getting on birth control, but hate the added hormones :(

I haven’t been on birth control for probably two years, I was on the pill. Tri-Sprintec I think. It caused me severe ovarian cysts and my hormones haven’t been right since, and have even developed PCOS. My husband and I have just been using condoms ever since. I also worry about the added hormones causing an increased risk of breast cancer. What birth control are you all on or which one do you recommend? I’m thinking about maybe going on a progesterone only one... maybe the arm implant? Idk.
