Could this be implantation? (Description)

Ok so I think I’m about 6dpo (I didn’t track effectively this month but I’m pretty regular, give or take a day or two). The past couple hours I’ve been having a sharp pain on the right side of my stomach. It’s not like period cramps at all, and its just a perpetual stabbing feeling (it does NOT come and go, it’s just staying there). Almost feels like ovulation pain but I’m obviously very far past ovulation.

I feel like it could also definitely just be gas but idk. I know you obviously cant confirm whether it is implantation or not, but I’m just wondering if the pain im describing even *could* be implantation related or if that’s not what implantation feels like.
