Bleeding after sex ?!

What can be some reasons why your bleeding after sex? My period was feb 24th-29 .. my cycles are about 30-36 days .. it wasn’t like dripping (like a period) after we was done I wiped off with a wipe and noticed it , so like implantation bleeding kind of blood.. but it’s too early for me to even ovulate so I can’t be pregnant . Since my days are so long I shouldn’t be ovulating this early.. and this never happened before , bleeding in the middle of my “off cycle” (idk the correct term for that lol)
