Cramps

Any one else around 7weeks and having severe cramps😫 been getting them off and on. I don’t have any morning sickness thank god just cramps and always supppper tired. Had my youngest daughters 6th bday party yesterday at and changing kids around Noticing a lot more cramps here and there yesterday so hubby went and bout me a heating bad mostly for my back but it makes me nervous 😩 but no bleeding or anything but I am constantly looking at the tissue due to some brown bleeding a few weeks ago
