Cramps before period?
So it seems to be that about a week before my period is due I always cramp really badly then one day they just stop. its super weird because this never happened before I got off birth control I’m just curious as to if anyone else experiences this and if it is ovulation cramps or what and what you Guys do to make them tolerable
