Flu while pregnant?

Does anyone have any positive stories about having the flu while pregnant? I was just diagnosed (even though I had the vaccine) and I am freaking out 😭

I had flu at around 28wks pregnant  
Hubby and Son got it too and I had the vaccine. My symptoms didn't seem as bad as theirs. I didn't get a bad fever just the aches and pains and feeling lousy. I seemed to get over it quickly tho. I was told this was because the vacinne would have helped lessen my symptoms ... Although sore throat lasted a few weeks 🙈
Drink plenty water and rest more so now when your pregnant than before. Don't push yourself to so silly chores like housework etc, just rest. 
Baby is absolutely fine. Just had another growth scan today at 34+4 and she is perfect and growing perfectly so no adverse effect on her.

I had the flu at about 10 weeks. Also had the shot. I got on Tamaflu right away as suggested by my OB and it was gone in 4 days. It sucked but it wasn’t any worse than when I’ve had it while not pregnant. It’ll be fine! Just keep your temp down with Tylenol. That’s the most important.

I just got over it, and i had to flu shot as well. Coughing hurt. I lost my voice and i slept all the time. Just rest, and drink lots of fluids!

This happened to me at 34 weeks. I was miserable for about 3 days, then mostly just super tired. Everything was fine and I'm even high risk because I have asthma. Listen to your body, drink extra water, and get as much rest as you can!

Yes first time with flu 2 weeks ago i am 11 weeks pregnant and all i can recommend is not to take that tam a flu that shit will make u sick ass a dog worse than the flu
