Helllpppp!!!! I’m stressing out!

Okay so I tracked ovulation and everything until last month when I got a positive test on 2/13/2020. My 1st day of lmp was 1/19/2020. So that out a due date of 10/25/2020. I should be 7w1d today but had an ultrasound this morning and they said I’m only 5w4d. And the ultrasound tech said that would put my edd at 11/05/2020. But that would have me conceiving the day after I got a positive pregnancy test at home. I had my hcg levels tested on 2/11/2020 and it was 25 on 2/13/2020 it was 56 on 02/26/2020 it was 717??? I’m so confused. I just had a miscarriage in Nov and I’m terrified it’s happening again! I feel like nothing is adding up and for me I need things that makes sense. I’m trying to stay off googles because that is a horrible idea at this point
