I’m 43 and I have been having some weird periods. I spotted for six days last month and yesterday I spotted once. Today maybe three times. I’ve been cramping and tired all day. So I just went to the bathroom and something dropped out I’ve never seen this before. It’s not a blood clot and there are two more towards the back of the toilet. Anyone know what this is
