Antibiotics during early pregnancy ?

I swear it’s always something every single time we TTC. I got hives and went on prednisone, I got a yeast infection the last time I got pregnant and took the Monistat 7 then was all wigging out because there’s controversy during early pregnancy. It ended up being ectopic but still. And now I’m 2 dpo and I’m pretty sure I have a kidney infection 🙄🙄🙄 Wtf. Is it gonna be a problem if I end up on an antibiotic?
