Pregnancy after loss maybe miscarriage

So on January24 i loss my daughter due to an incompetent cervix at 21 weeks. My husband works out of town n in February I went to go visit him because it was his birthday was out there for a week (3 weeks after labor) we are not waiting we want a baby as soon as possible so we did it every day that how I ended up pregnant with my daughter any ways two weeks after I took a home pregnancy test n positive took another positive next day two more positive and Friday took two more positive that night I had lots of cramping woke up feeling watery fluid running down my area looked n was blood went to the restroom because I felt something coming out my area when I sat down on the stool felt like something came out was a big clot it is now Tuesday morning and I’m still having a positive pregnancy test did I miscarriage was it a period or em I pregnant?
