Can you ladies please look at this carefully and tell me what you see?

I don't know if glow allows these pics anymore I didn't see the faint positive room so I'm trying here. I need help, and I don't want to talk to friends or family because I don't want them to know anything right now. I've had these horrible symptoms for 2 weeks the worst is I've been a emotional wreck, horrible. Spotting, cramps. I was going to go to my Dr but decided to test first just to make sure and I got this. The line is a very faint pink. I tried my best to get a pic yal could see....please give your opinions, thank you.
