Lower abdomen pain

I’m 9 weeks pregnant. I’ve been checked checked for ectopic and it’s not an ectopic. I’ve been checked for a uti and it’s not that. I’ve been having lower abdomen pain on my left and right side... it’s very uncomfortable. I had a large ovarian cyst removed back in October and the pain feels similar to when I had it. Could I have another cyst but on both sides? Or is this normal?
