Less movement

I'm 23w5d today and yesterday and today I've noticed baby isn't moving much, I've felt some kicks but not as active as a few days ago.. I was standing all day in work yesterday and was wrecked when I came home could it be that I was so tired yesterday baby was too? Or could he of moved to a different position? My local hospital is an hour away and my doctor office has no US machine so not sure?
