Room sharing help?!?

Can my 6 year old son share a room with my 1 year old daughter? We have a 2 bedroom house and moving just isnt an option right now. I'm just afraid this is something my ex can use against me to get custody of our son and my son really doesnt want to share a room with his sister. Help please?!?

Can you keep the 1 year old with you for a while yet to keep the peace?  It’s hard for a school aged kiddo to share the room with a baby.

It’s fine legally but if he really doesn’t want to share, maybe put it off for a while. 1 is still a baby.

I dont know for sure. I’ve heard mixed things about this. 
That kids, especially different genders, can’t share a room as far as cps is concerned but I’ve also heard it’s ok. 
Do you have a lawyer you can speak to about it? 
It also seems like it wouldn’t be fair to the 6 year old to share a room with a baby, he will need sleep for school and soon he will need privacy for homework, friends coming over, and other boy things as he matures.

Yes the court isn't going to hold it against you for siblings sharing a room. You could move her into your room if it's  making too big a problem though?

I would keep the 1yo in with you, especially since he doesn't want to share. If he wanted to share I'd say go for it...
