Which gender in your opinion is harder to raise?

When I got pregnant for the first time I prayed to whatever higher power their is for my baby to be a boy. I don’t feel capable and strong enough to raise a girl. Periods, Heartbreaks, sexism, and the sexualization of younger and younger girls. I also very high expectations of my kids not to get into trouble. By the time I was 12 I was completely left alone. There was so much trouble I could of gotten into for the the lack of supervision and lack of attention but I was just to scared to get into trouble. Boys seem easier. They seem to get away with more. Not to say I will let them. I have dedicated myself to raising two independent, self reliant, respectful boys. Share your experience.
