Doula?
Has anyone here had a doula before? I have a lady I’ve talked to and am seriously considering hiring.
I had a horrible experience with my firstborn, and struggled with severe back pain for the past four years because of the two epidurals I had to have. I’d love to go natural, but this will be my husbands first child, and so I’d love an extra layer of support! I’d LOVE some feedback!
