Period where are you???

Hey everyone, I've been on "YAZ" birthcontrol for 2, almost 3 years now, and it's the "lowest" dose I could get, this month my period never came (right now it's 5 days late and I've started the new pack) despite me taking the placebo pills. I typically take my birth control daily at 10 am, except for 1 day I missed and took 2 at 9 the following day. My boyfriend and I do not use condoms (I know I know were badand we should use them) I took a pregnancy test and it was negative. (and ill retest in a week) but after some googling, I'm wondering if its due to the long term use of birth control. I read that some women stop getting periods after long term use, and they don't get them back until their medications are readjusted. Has anyone else had this problem?
