Hey guys so I've been working out recently and Im so happy with myself and my results.So when I first weighted myself I weighted 213.8 pounds well I've been going on walks/jogs almost everyday.I can't go some days due to work but I try to do my best to go everyday lol.But I've made some great progress so far and the journey is not over yet.Just by me focusing on what I want and being motivated really helped.😃
