Permanent loc extensions

Can someone please help me . I recently got PERMANENT loc extensions and since... my hair has been developing really bad dry scalp. My hair is so itchy and has dandruff flakes all over. I know that with recently installing my locs that I can’t wash it or get it wet. I’m so close to say fuck it and give me hair a good wash. I’ve been oiling my scalp EVERYDAY trying to ease the itch but that doesn’t work. It’s just getting worst. tips, suggestions, and remedies are welcomed!
