Anyone else get panicky in a car ??

I have really bad anxiety and things start to feel surreal in a car at times and I have to go in a car later and I’m so scared !

A lot honestly. My sister was in a horrible accident when I was a kid and legitimately should have died. I saw the car after and her seat wasn’t there anymore, she got tboned directly on her door. Ever since I get very anxious. I’m very hesitant getting into the car with people. I take Uber and that’s a terrifying thing. If the car swerved or stops quickly I can have an anxiety attack. It’s better when I’m driving, but since being in my own accident I still pretty anxious.
