Rash on breasts

Has anyone had a rash that's started on their breast around 9 weeks? I have and its progressively got worse now covering 1/3 of my breast and now it's on the other one. Everyone keeps saying its probably hormonal but now the skin is changing. I went to the doctors and she thought it was mastitis (at 9 weeks 🙄🥴) given antibiotics they didnt work, went back and got given steroid cream that hasnt worked now I'm really worried 🥺 cant find anything online I'm now 14 weeks and the rash is at its worst and not itchy but stinging with shooting pains 😭
