Cramping/twinges after trigger shot

Hello all!

I had my trigger shot on March 5th, which currently puts me 8 days past trigger. For the last 2-3 days, I have been feeling some random cramps and twinges. I have also been quite nauseous in the mornings or late at night, but no breast tenderness or implantation bleeding yet. My fertility specialist told me not to test until Tuesday, March 17th, but ya’ girl is a nervous wreck. We have been trying with multiple rounds of clomid/femara for over a year and are just ready for us to finally get our family going. Has anyone ever felt similar after their trigger? Is it normal or a good sign?
