Levels at 5-6weeks

Hey I am wondering if anyone can help. So by app I am7weeks and 4 days. Well on the 11th I had bad sharp stabbing pains, no bleed, went to ob meet with me asked what was goin on, told him, he did ultrasound in office, on that he was not sure what was going on, thought might be a molar pregnancy. Sent me for blood draw and set me up for ultrasound. So level come back as levels for 5-6weeks, 6599.0. not terrible worried on that. Rules out molar pregnancy. But there's I guess fluid they aren't sure of, got blood n ultrasound again this following week...

Had like no pains some discomfort the rest of the 11th, 12th was occasionally a twinge of pains. 13th (day of second ultrasound, first on a better machine) was totally fine no pain until like 2 hours later after vaginal ultrasound. Also they THINK might be possible tubular, but there's still the fluid aspect. I have had no bleeding or spot, nothing..

Anyone have something similar? How did it turn out? What was fluid in ultrasound?
