Confused about glow??

Some people have said the highest percentage that glow gives you is your ovulation day. But my ovulation day is the 16th and that is the last day of my glow fertile window. And the day after ovulation your fertile window is over.. so this means glow is right? :/ I don't understand the percentage part..
