TTC while having horrible period symptoms

My husband and I are TTC, and the only problem is that I have absolutely horrible periods! I've used birth control since I was 16 to regulate my period pain, but obviously can't take it while TTC...I get such bad cramps they're unbearable, sometimes I even vomit and have diarrhea. Anyone else in the same boat? I'm hoping I get a BFP soon especially so I don't have to go through all the horrible cramping!!
