Question measuring smaller

Last scan (lmp 7 weeks) my baby was measuring smaller with a heartbeat. My doctor wants to do another scan on Tuesday.

In the meantime, im sitting here hoping the baby will grow and still have a heartbeat by then.

My breasts are still very much sore and thats my only symptom from the beginning so I keep hoping that since my breasts still hurt its a good sign!

Any one went through something similar? I already had one loss in October and hoping this will have a happy ending... ☹️
