Please help

Ok I’m driving myself insane and probably everyone else too.

I have a 5 year old and a 3 year old both conceived with no problems, then I went on the depo injection (I know 🙄) started trying for number 3 in April last year, got pregnant in November and had a miscarriage at 5 weeks in December.

I tested Tuesday 10th March and saw a line but it was faint, I have irregular periods so not 100% sure when I’d be due on but it would be this week.

So in the first few days I tested every morning and there was the same faint line.. 2 negative clear blue digitals then yesterday a stronger positive with a midday wee, me being the idiot I am tested again this morning with FMU and it was a really faint line accompanied by pretty bad cramps today, no blood but I’m terrified.

Will attach pictures, I know I need to put the tests down I’ve already said that to myself but I guess I just needed to speak to anyone else with any helpful words.
