Plan B or something else (tmi)

I've had itching and redness and some spotting/disharge that is white/gray/brownish which I'm assuming is just old blood. I have a lot of Reddness on the inner vulva and its kind of itchy? It feels like I might have a tear as well but I'm not sure if that's just irritation. I can't afford to see a doctor for a possible just plan b side effect so experienced ladies please let me know!
