Should I still baptize my 8 month old?

Im Catholic and traditionally we are baptized as infants. Normally I would have already baptized my son but his godfather was stationed in another state so him and his wife were unavailable. They just moved back closer to us, about an hour away on base .

Anyway I was planning to baptize him at the end of the month and usually they are submerged fully into the holy water. However Im not sure how sanitary that is now with the whole coronavirus outbreak. Should I still baptize him?
