Help please?!

Like some of you I have pcos ! I’ve never had this happen to me and wondering if I should count it as a period or what! May 5th I was spotting but nothing when I wiped. Same thing happened again on the 8th were there was spotting on my underwear so wore a pad kinda stopped a little more but nothing again when I wiped... then again on the 12th... since then I haven’t spotted again.. I’ve taken pregnancy test and so far negatives... I thought maybe I was starting my period but it never came.. what are your thought because I’ve never had anything like this happen
