A little lonely

Last year I was diagnosed with a related blood disorder to leukemia called severe aplastic anemia and had to have 2 bone marrow transplants. Long story short, I had no immune system and now suffer from side effects by drugs given to me in hospital which causes me to have pain when urinating and penetration. I don't suffer from UTI's, I have urine samples taken almost weekely to make sure but its so painful. Has completely put my life on hold and my intimate and physical relationship suffers because my bf feels bad for hurting me when he gets enthusiastic. We barely touch each other. anymore and it's effecting us trying to have a family. I feel so lonely because we barely have a sexual relationship. Does anyone else have a similar situation or feel that way? I'm really struggling with it at the moment to the point where I miss being wanted and having sexual tension and excitement
