Hcg 12,045 at 5 weeks from LMP

I'm a bit freaked. My first Hcg was 3 days ago and it was 3400 then. I thought it was a bit high compared to my last pregnancy, which I miscarried. So I'm 33 dpo and 5 weeks from LMP, and a bit freaked at 12,045 hcg. Only symptoms I have are fatigue, nipple itchiness, moodiness and appetite change. My MD said "those are really good numbers!" Anyone else have numbers like these at 5 weeks?
