Period issues

So basically I went off birth control at the end of November and I had my first real period at he end on December but about 2 weeks into January, I was bleeding again.at the begging god of February I was bleeding again and during that week I went to the Sti clinic to rule out and infections or pregnancy. The test came out negative. Now a week before my expected period came, I was having cramps and sleeping a lot. Now my period is currently MIA and it’s been just over a week and I was planning on getting an iud during my period. I don’t feel sick other than having a cold. No sore boobs or anything like that. I usually don’t have pms symptoms other than cramps. I’ve been having discharge that’s clear or sometimes white and it’s super stretch for that past 2 weeks. Has anyone else experienced this ?
