BFN, period, then BFP??

This is a confusing story.. so I’ll try and break it down...

Jan 28/Feb 2 - AF (regular, really crampy)

Feb 17 - +opk

Feb 26/27 - BFN

Mar 1/4 - AF (regular, mild cramps)

Mar 6/10 - +opk

Mar 10 - BFP (and not a faint line either)

Mar 11 - BHCG 77

Mar 13 - BHCG 134

Mar 17 - going tmr for repeat BHCG

What in the world is happening??

How did I get a BFP after a regular AF when it was a BFN before?

Super worried. And scared it’s ectopic and I’ll have to go through another traumatic loss which will be my 5th recurrent. In the middle of a pandemic 😰
