How to ask my doctor after I said no?

So I had my 19 week check up today and doctor had asked me if I wanted time off just because work has been so much for me working at a grocery store. But I told her I was fine and she said to let her know. Welll I wasn’t feeling crappy till now, I have a sore throat and runny nose. I called my job and they still want me to go in... 🤦🏽‍♀️ oh and my toddler is sick too.

So I get super anxiety on the phone just because I hate asking for things.

So my question is how would you ask the doctor if you can take a couple days off when you had said no? 😂😫
