Implantation or Period on BC

Hi, I’ve been on the pill since last July. I barely ever missed a day. The last time I missed was on February 8 and I took 2 pills the next day. I ended up getting my “period” a week earlier but it was for about 5 days and a little heavy. The past month I have been sexually active and this week is my placebo week or “period” starting today. In the beginning of the day, I had a lot of cramping and back pain and I spotted every time I wiped but nothing on my liner. The spotting was bright red mixed with white discharge but became slightly darker later on. I also have to urinate frequently in large amounts and last week I had slightly sore breasts but that went away. I also am NOT nauseous, vomiting, or experiencing any headaches. I am concerned this is implantation bleeding even though I am super consistent with taking my pill and he didn’t finish in me. I only started spotting the day I started my first placebo pill for the week, so I still think it may be my period but by the end of the day, my cramps and back pain disappeared and so did the spotting. Is there any way someone can assure me my period is just being irregular this month? I take Blisovi Fe combination. Please help!! Thank you :)
