Is this normal?

I will be 10 weeks Thursday and today I’m having some cramping in my lower back kinda like kidney stone cramps (only way I know to describe it). It’s not severe but it’s more likely a dull discomfort. I’m not really sure how to explain it but is this normal? No spotting at all but I worry about everything
