my bf keeps saying looks don’t matter that he loves me. it makes me feel like he doesn’t think i’m pretty. it hurts my feelings. i’m also pregnant so idk if i’m just being emotional.

Honestly if my husband said that I’d think the same 
That he’s saying he loves me no matter what and that my looks don’t matter aka he doesn’t think I’m the most attractive 
If he tells you you’re beautiful and pretty and whatnot than I wouldn’t worry but if he never compliments you... it does sound like he’s beating around the bush

Ya I'd take it the same way lol but I also over analyze everything. I would tell him how you feel. I tend to go "wowww ok" to those sort of comments and he gets right way that the wording may have been off lol
