Possible yeast infection

On Sunday my boyfriend and I had some pretty rough sex. Beforehand I was completely fine but afterwards I felt burning for a little afterwards but I just figured it was from friction because we used a condom for the first round and then went raw (I’m on birth control and he pulled out) well the next morning I woke up and I was itchy down there but there was no burning when peeing well for the past day or so my discharge is funky and white and clumpy but I have no other symptoms of a yeast infection and I’ve never had one before. Should I let it go for one more day to see if the discharge goes away? What over the counter medicine should I get?
