How many weeks?!

Keep in mind I was on Clomid so they have more detail of when I ovulated. My last cycle was Feb 15th. I got EWCM on Feb 28th which is cycle day 14. I took Clomid cycle days 5-9.

I got a faint faint line March 13th (CD 28) and have continued to get darker. So my question is... my nurse says I’m in week one. Like 1 week along. But my app says 4 weeks and 5 days going off my last cycle. I’ve just never heard of being one week. So how far along would I be considered?
