18 days late

I'm 18 days late. I lightly spotted on and off for 2 weeks never got a period. I've been nauseous but got a bfn a little over a week ago. Idk what's going on. Do you think the spotting was my period so I'm now in the tww again? Could I be pregnant with such a late negative?
